Royals,
I reserve Tuesdays to think. To build. To write. To reflect.
Because if I do not intentionally carve out time to create, I will spend my entire week responding.
There is a difference between being productive and being busy. Busy reacts.
Productivity decides.
One of the most powerful exercises I walk leaders through is this simple question:
Does your calendar reflect your priorities or your pressures?
If someone looked at your schedule for the past two weeks, would they see what matters most to you?
Most professionals are not struggling with discipline.
They are struggling with design.
Time management is not about squeezing more in.
It is about aligning what is already there.
In my Time Alignment Method workbook, I teach leaders how to:
• Audit where their time is actually going
• Identify hidden time leaks
• Build protective rhythms into their week
• Say “no” so they can say “yes” with integrity
Remember:
Time is the only currency we spend without knowing the balance.
Let’s steward it well.
In alignment,
Dr. Michelle Fennick
